NASCAR®
COT DOOR MODULE FOAM
BSCI is proud to partner with Dow Automotive as the supplier of
DOW Impaxx™ foam for the NASCAR® Car of Tomorrow.
Both the right side and left side of the Car of Tomorrow are required
to contain modules of Impaxx™ foam as an energy managing material.
Impaxx™ foam is supplied as four separate pieces, two modules
for each door of the car. BSCI is offering the service
of cutting the Impaxx™ foam to fit each door as well as coating
the foam prior to installation in the car. Fitment and coating
of the material can also be done by the race team.
Impaxx™ is available under the following part numbers:
- Right door module: NAS-COT-06-RDM
- Left door module: NAS-COT-06-LDM
Each of the respective part numbers are comprised of two separate
parts to simplify installation. There is a top module
and a bottom module for each side.
